The US Commission is open to anyone interested, anywhere in the world.
US Commission members are by affiliation members of the International Commission on Military History and benefit from participation in its annual international congresses, and access to its International Journal of Military History (since 1978), its International Review of Military History (since 1939), and its Newsletter (since 2003).
US Commission dues are $40.00 for regular members and $20.00 for students and contingent faculty.
